Returns & Exchanges

At Origo Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Origo box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
